This checklist covers the three things a service business needs to compete in the current environment. Getting found by AI search. Converting visitors who land on your site. And running without unnecessary manual overhead. Score yourself honestly.
How to use this checklist
Work through all three pillars. Answer yes or no for each item based on how your business operates today, not how you plan for it to operate.
Count your yes answers at the end of each pillar and use the scoring guide to see where you stand.
Pillar 1: Get found

What to do with your score
A low score on Pillar 1 means buyers asking AI for what you do are being sent to competitors. Start with your Google Business Profile, website schema, and content structure.
A low score on Pillar 2 means visitors who find you are leaving before they should. Start with your homepage clarity, mobile experience, and social proof.
A low score on Pillar 3 means your team is carrying work that a system could handle. Start with lead response and follow-up. That tends to have the fastest revenue impact.
Most businesses score low on all three. The good news is that all three are infrastructure problems. They are solvable with the right build.
